Frances Atwater-Dunlap is the Owner and Operator of Quality Assurance Consultation, LLC. Mrs. Atwater-Dunlap is a graduate of Miles College. She has over 15 years of working experience in the social services and education field. In 2019, Mrs. Atwater-Dunlap was ranked number one for attaining the most approved federal and state grants in Georgia. She also ranked number six for attaining the most approved federal and state grants in the nation.
